Adams Construction Company is one of the oldest asphalt paving firms in Virginia, founded by William B. Adams in 1946. Mr. Adams started about 1920 with Sam Finley of Atlanta, Georgia, one of the founders of the asphalt paving industry.

We have participated in the construction of every interstate highway in Virginia, as well as most of the primary highways.

We are also builders of many of the large parking lots and access roads in the Roanoke Valley, Valley View Shopping Mall and Towne Square Shopping Center, just to name two.
